Too Hot Too Handle

It was a scorching hot Labor Day Classic that went all the way down to the wire.  But then people wanted to keep playing so they strung a second wire and it went all the way down to that one, too.  The Hungry Halens feasted early on Van pitching, racking up a seemingly comfortable 6-run lead.  But then the usually reliable Zamonski got shelled and gave the six right back to tie the ballgame.  Things then seesawed back and forth in late innings, with Peter's game-tying RBI triple off Andy taking the wind out of the two-man Dream Team's sails.  Bob then converted a Bandito Ephus pitch for the go-ahead run for the win.  The highlight reel was further augmented by opposing homers from JD and Hans, plus a SIW* from Bob.
